New Philadelphia M.B. Church is prayerfully seeking a strong Pastoral Leader sent from God to serve as its Senior Pastor. The candidate must be able to provide vision and direction for the church by establishing strong leadership, counseling, teaching, and preaching skills to lead others to Christ.
The criteria for Pastoral consideration are as follows.
- Graduation from High School with some Theological Seminary training from an accredited Seminary school or College. Committed to continuing education and development.
- Licensed and ordained in the Baptist faith.
- Pastoral experience with a knowledge of Evangelism, Church Management, and Community Outreach programs
- Must submit to a background check.
