Pilgrim Chapel Missionary Baptist Church is currently seeking a Pastor.
We are located at 313 Elder Street in the Historic James City Community.

Qualifications:
- Strong reputation of honesty and integrity
- Facilitate unite within the Organization
- Must be willing to share vision for spiritual growth of the church
- Family and Community oriented
- Must exemplify good communication, leadership, administration and counseling ability
- Must be willing to submit a criminal background check
- Must have the Biblical qualities of a Pastor
- Prefer Pastoral experience
- Must be licensed and ordained as a Baptist Minister
- Is factual in doing and carrying out the functions of the church and has the ability to teach and preach God's word
- Working experience with all ages in the church
- Believe and abide by the Missionary Doctrine and Church covenant/By-laws
