Weeping Willow Missionary Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a God-called, Spirit-led, and biblically grounded Pastor to serve our congregation and community in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be committed to preaching and teaching God’s Word, shepherding the people of God with compassion and integrity, and leading our church into a deeper relationship with Christ.
Qualifications
- A licensed and ordained Baptist minister in good standing
- A clear calling to pastoral ministry
- Demonstrated experience in preaching, teaching, and pastoral care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A love for people and a heart for service
