Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a dynamic, God-called, and Spirit-led Pastor to shepherd, lead, and continue the mission of Christ in our community.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to biblical leadership, pastoral ministry, and the spiritual care and development of the congregation.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of pastoral experience preferred, but not required
- Must be licensed and ordained as a Baptist minister, or an ordained minister who demonstrates an authentic understanding of and commitment to theological practices consistent with the biblical qualifications of a pastor as outlined in:
- 1 Timothy 3:1–7
- Titus 1:5–9
